Ankur K. Garg is a brand operator, growth strategist, and founder with over two decades in the trenches building, scaling, breaking, and rebuilding businesses across CPG, DTC, and service-based companies.

He is best known as the co-founder and architect behind SHREDZ Supplements, where he helped pioneer influencer-led commerce during Instagram’s earliest days—long before “creator economy” became a buzzword. Under his leadership, SHREDZ scaled into a global CPG powerhouse, generating over $125M in revenue, supporting more than 2,000 SKUs, and operating across the U.S., Europe, and Australia. The rise was fast. The fall was faster. After lawsuits, platform shifts, and founder conflict, Ankur walked away—losing over $50M and starting again from zero.

That loss reshaped how he builds.

Today, Ankur operates as a Fractional CMO, board advisor, and growth partner to founders who want real traction—not deckware or vanity metrics. Through Youngry and AKG Creative, he leads teams that work inside businesses, not around them—driving customer acquisition, brand positioning, and revenue systems that survive platform changes, legal pressure, and scale.

His work spans CPG, e-commerce, professional services, construction, restaurants, retail, and digital media. He’s advised and operated for dozens of brands, helping founders avoid the same mistakes he paid for in cash, time, and reputation. He’s also the founder of Youngry (est. 2010), an early-stage launchpad for startups, and Flexwork Studios, a content and podcast production platform built for operators, not influencers.

Ankur is the author of Rogue Visionary, a raw account of building a nine-figure brand, losing everything, and rebuilding with clarity instead of ego. His perspective isn’t theoretical—it’s earned through lawsuits, exits that didn’t happen, partnerships that broke, and the discipline required to come back sharper.

He doesn’t sell motivation.
He builds systems that work under pressure.
